I lead cross-functional engineering teams for solutions within Identity, Access, and Fraud/Security product development. Inspired daily by my customers, I strive to make my work frictionless for them while providing invisible guard rails for both the customer and other engineering teams.
Highly product-oriented, I work closely with product managers and designers, along with key stakeholders within my company and outside customers. As a backend engineer, I focus on distributed systems, messaging, and API design. I love to write Java, JavaScript, and Python; and I miss writing C#.
My goal is to continue evolving my managerial skills while building a highly secure product for our customers.
Primary management philosophy is growth-orientation. I want everyone to be continuously challenged in ways that excite them, bring them out of their comfort zone, and make them genuinely proud to accomplish their work.
